How long does a candle burn?
Our 180 g candles burn for around 40 hours when burned in 3–4 hour sessions. Always trim the wick to 5 mm before each lighting for a cleaner burn and longer life.
Do you offer refills?
Yes, we provide refill packs for our candles and diffusers. They cost a little less than a new purchase, and your original vessel is returned to you beautifully cleaned.
Can I return a scent I don’t love?
Absolutely. Try any product for up to 30 days; if it doesn’t work for you, send it back and we’ll refund your money or swap it for a different fragrance.
How long will a diffuser last?
Our 100 ml reed diffusers release scent for roughly 4 months. Flip the reeds once a week to keep the fragrance throwing into the air consistently.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Right now, we ship within the UK, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. For EU orders, we expect to start covering them in the coming months.
Are your products safe for pets and children?
Our formulas use only high-quality essential oils and skin-safe fragrance oils. Each diffuser is pure as water; keep them out of reach, and use a candle lantern if little ones are about.
